Grow to Eat Workshop

August 8 @ 10:30 am - 12:00 pm

Presented by qualified Nutritionist Nicole Ingram from Grow Cook Eat WA

Have you ever wanted to grow your own vegetables but weren’t sure where to start?

Join us for a fun, hands-on workshop and discover how easy it is to grow fresh food at home while learning about the benefits of being part of a community garden.

During this workshop you’ll learn how to:

🥕 Create healthy soil for growing vegetables.
🌱 Compost at home, even in small spaces.
🪴 Transplant seedlings and take one home to grow.
🌿 Share ideas for future activities and what to grow in the PAS Community Garden.

Perfect for:

✔ Beginners with no gardening experience
✔ People interested in growing their own food
✔ Anyone wanting to save money on groceries
✔ Those looking to connect with others in the community

Keep Growing With Us!

We’re creating a Community Garden at PAS! During the workshop we’ll explore the garden, plant seedlings together, and share information about how you can get involved.

It’s a wonderful opportunity to continue learning, make new friends, and help grow something special for our community.

🌻 Learn. Grow. Harvest. Connect.
