Special Resolution
Notice is hereby given that, at the Annual General Meeting of Deafblind West Australians Inc, members will be asked to consider and, if thought fit, pass the following Special Resolution:
“That the members adopt the Constitution attached to this Notice as the Constitution of Deafblind West Australians Inc, replacing the existing Rules of the Association, subject to the requirements of the Associations Incorporation Act 2015 (WA).”
