Understanding Complaints in the NDIS

Should you wish to make a complaint anonymously about Vital Interpreting Personnel, this can be done by downloading a form on our Contact page on our website and mailing it to our Administration Manager.

If you are unhappy with the outcome of the complaint that you sent to Vital Interpreting Personnel, you can ask for a Supervisor or Manager to review the complaint and how it was handled. After this, if you are still unhappy, you may seek assistance from the NDIS Commission by clicking here
