The service opens with a smoking ceremony, welcome to country and a special joint ceremonial welcome from Aboriginal & Maori dancers for Veterans, dignitaries and guests.
Corroberee and Haka will take place at the laying of the wreaths.
The Ode Of Remembrance will be spoken in Noongar, Maori, English.
After the service there will be “Live Music” from local Noongar musician Natasha Blurton and the band ORA, along with food trucks featuring traditional Maori food and other hot food, with ice-cream, coffee and drinks available.
An Auslan Interpreter will be present for the speeches of the event from 10:30am to 12:30pm.
