DESCRIPTION:As part of Deafblind Awareness Week Celebrations this workshop is designed specifically for people who are deafblind. At this workshop you will gain an understanding of different types of yoga\, meditation and breathing techniques guided by Yoga expert Kaley Devine. Along with understanding and building resilience with professional speaker and facilitator\, Michael House. You will learn through fun activities how to build good strategies into your life to support and maintain good mental health\n\n\nWhen: Saturday 29th of June 2024\n\n\nWhere: Technology Park Hub – Building\, 2 Brodie-Hall Dr\, Bentley\n\n\nTime: Registration 9.30am – Finish 4.00pm\n\n\nCost: No cost for deafblind to attend this event\n\n\nIf you require one on one support to attend workshops please book your own communication guides using your NDIS funds as soon as possible\n\n\nPlatform interpreters will be provided\n\n\nLunch\, morning and afternoon tea will be provided but note numbers are limited.
