Karli have experienced over 30 years+ working with Deaf\, Deafblind and Trauma and Mental Health area.\nShe is also a yoga and mindfulness teacher.\n\n\nProgram:\n\n\n9.30am to 11am – whole group – 6 traumas and 8 life spans\n11am to 11.30am – morning tea break\n11.30am to 12.30pm – long relaxation with cushions and blankets (Bring a Yoga mat\, if you have it)\n12.30pm to 1.30pm – lunch break\n1.30pm to 3.30pm – split groups (women and men) to discuss / ask story\, ideas and wellbeing tools
