DESCRIPTION:We have new dates for the next lot of Strike Training sessions.\n\n\n\nStrike Defence Training for your Personal safety.\n\n\n\nVital Interpreting Personnel have been working with Strike Training & Consulting to create a Self Defence course for Deaf Ladies (Men’s Course Coming Soon).\n\n\nEach class runs for 2.5 hours and you will be required to attend both classes over 2 to 3 weeks then a follow up class 3 months later (refresher).
